city2science offers individually designed services based on continuous national and international developments in the fields of science communication and knowledge-based local and regional developments. The strategy consultation focuses on joint potentials of municipal, regional and scientific institutions. In moderated sessions, city2science supports a cooperative, tailor made development of organizational forms and event concepts. The central aim of our consulting process is to foster a mutual understanding of the individual profile and the special challenges of all partners involved, raning from scientists to local and regional stakeholders.
Since September 2016, Annette Klinkert is the new Executive Director of the European Science Events Association (Eusea), an international community of public engagement professionals. As an active member of the Association of European Science Centers and Museums (Ecsite), as well as the Network for the Public Communication of Science and Technology (PCST), city2science identifies current trends in national and international science communication at an early stage.
